Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to bend and form and cut metal in every way possible.

Water Jet

With almost no limitation on what material that can be cut and with tolerances up to 10,000^th of an inch, no job is to intricate for our water jet. Waterjets are the solution for custom signage, production of parts, and anything else you can imagine to be cut.

WELDING

We are a leading provider of welding & metal fabrication services. We work with Aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other metals such as copper, nickel and brass. No job is too big or too small. We do custom, economical, & ornamental work. New or Repair

Paint Booth

Our in house paint booth is 15’ x 30’. We are able to paint large scale projects in a time effective manner. We also are backed by PPG’s 20 year warranty for AAMA 2603 and 2605 architectural paint requirements.

Column Rolling

Our column rolling machine can roll both aluminum and steel to form metal columns and other metal designs that require a radius bend.

 

Automated press brakes

With up to 14’ of bending ability and 3/16” steel capacity with and up and down bending capabilities, there is no job to intricate that MTB cannot create through bending and forming metal.

Sheering

Our 14’ sheer can cut up to ¼ inch of steel.

Metal Finishing

We offer custom finishes, polishes and staining- ie; statuary finishes and patinas.
